Payments & Bookings

All fees must be paid in full before participating in any class or program unless otherwise stated.

Once a booking is confirmed, it is generally non-transferable and non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned on the booking page or communicated in writing.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the specific refund policy mentioned for a particular service, workshop, or retreat.

In case of cancellation by the organizer, you may be offered a refund, credit, or rescheduled session at our discretion.

Missed classes due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

Online Sessions

For online classes, a stable internet connection and suitable practice space are your responsibility. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.

Session recordings, if provided, are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

Offline Classes & Workshops

For in-person sessions, participants must arrive on time and follow studio or venue guidelines. Entry may be denied for late arrivals to maintain class safety and quality.

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged at the venue.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, class material, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of the website owner unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a class or program without refund.

Payment Gateway Terms (Razorpay, Stripe & International Payments)

Payment Processing

Payments made on this website are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay (for domestic Indian transactions) and Stripe (for international transactions). By making a payment, you agree to comply with the respective payment gateway’s terms and conditions and privacy policies.

We do not store, process, or have direct access to your complete card details, banking information, or sensitive payment data.

Domestic Payments (India)

All domestic payments made using Indian-issued cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets are processed via Razorpay and are subject to:

• Applicable Indian laws and regulations
• Bank and gateway processing timelines
• Transaction limits and charges imposed by banks or payment providers

Any transaction failure due to bank issues, incorrect details, or network problems is outside our control.

International Payments

International payments are processed via Stripe or other supported international gateways and may be subject to:

• Currency conversion rates
• International transaction fees
• Taxes or charges levied by your bank or card issuer

The final amount debited may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges. We are not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Failed or Pending Transactions

In the event of a failed, pending, or incomplete transaction:

• Please check your bank statement before attempting another payment
• Any amount debited but not reflected as a confirmed booking will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway within their standard processing time
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers

Refunds via Payment Gateways

If a refund is approved as per our refund policy:

• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method
• Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank, typically ranging from 5 to 10 working days
• Transaction or gateway charges, if any, may be deducted and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution may result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of access to services
• Additional documentation requests from the payment gateway
• Delay in resolution timelines

We encourage users to contact us directly for any payment-related concerns before raising disputes with banks or gateways.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking if a transaction is flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of payment gateway policies. In such cases, access to services may be denied without obligation to proceed further.

Payments, Taxes & Booking Terms

Pricing & Taxes (GST)

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

• Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be charged as per Indian government regulations where required.
• If GST is applicable, it will be clearly mentioned at checkout or included in the final payable amount.
• For services where GST is not applicable or exempt, no tax will be charged.
• Any future changes in tax laws or rates will be automatically reflected in pricing without prior notice.

International customers may be subject to local taxes, VAT, or bank charges as per the regulations of their country or card issuer. We are not responsible for such charges.

Online Class Bookings

For online group classes or programs:

• Participants must select the appropriate package duration (for example: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months) and batch timing before making payment.
• Access details will be shared after successful payment confirmation.
• Online bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the selected duration and batch.
• Missed online sessions due to personal reasons, time zone differences, or technical issues are not eligible for refunds or extensions.

Offline Class Bookings

For offline or in-person classes:

• Participants are required to select the package, month, preferred batch timing, and start date before proceeding to payment.
• Booking confirmation is subject to seat availability.
• Offline class packages are valid only for the selected period and cannot be carried forward unless explicitly stated.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted entry for safety and class continuity.

Workshops, Retreats & Special Programs

For workshops, retreats, or special programs:

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm registration, as specified on the booking page.
• Workshop and retreat fees may include venue or organizational costs and are usually non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• In case of cancellation by the organizer, an alternative date, credit, or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Domestic & International Payments

• Domestic transactions (India) are processed via Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets.
• International transactions are processed via Stripe or other international gateways.
• Currency conversion rates, international transaction fees, and bank charges are determined by your payment provider and are beyond our control.

The final amount debited may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank processing fees.

Refunds & Tax Adjustments

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method only.
• Taxes and payment gateway charges may be deducted as per gateway or regulatory rules.
• Refund processing time typically ranges from 5 to 10 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email or message. Submission of a form or selection of a package without payment does not guarantee a seat.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
