This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all services offered through this website, including online classes, offline classes, workshops, and retreats.
By booking any service, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
Once a booking is confirmed, it is subject to the terms below.
Unless explicitly stated, all payments are non-refundable.
2. Online Classes
a. Monthly / Multi-Month Packages
- Payments made for online class packages (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or similar) are non-refundable once the package has started.
- Missed sessions cannot be refunded or adjusted.
- Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared with another person.
b. Session Rescheduling
- Schedule changes initiated by us will be adjusted with alternate sessions or extensions where possible.
- No refunds will be issued for personal schedule conflicts.
3. Offline Classes
- Offline class fees are non-refundable once the batch has commenced.
- If a participant informs us before the batch start date, a partial refund or adjustment may be offered at our discretion.
- Missed classes are not refundable but may be adjusted within the same batch, subject to availability.
4. Workshops & Special Events
- Workshop and special event fees are non-refundable once booked.
- If the event is cancelled by us, participants will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer the amount to a future workshop
5. Retreats
- Retreat bookings involve advance planning and non-recoverable costs.
Cancellation terms:
- More than 30 days before the retreat start date: partial refund may be offered after deducting administrative and booking charges.
- Within 30 days of the retreat start date: no refund.
- No refund for early departure or non-attendance.
6. Medical or Personal Emergencies
Refunds due to medical or personal emergencies are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Supporting documentation may be requested.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
- Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or conversion charges are also non-refundable.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- Processing timelines depend on the payment gateway and issuing bank:
- Razorpay: typically 5–7 business days
- Stripe / PayPal: timelines may vary depending on country and bank
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services.
- We reserve the right to share relevant booking and communication records with payment processors to resolve disputes.
10. Service Changes or Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to:
- Reschedule sessions
- Change instructors or formats
- Cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we may offer a refund, credit, or rescheduling option at our discretion.
