Extending the Space Online

Online sessions are there to support your practice when you can’t make it to the studio. These classes are straightforward and focused. They use the same Yog alignment and precision that I teach offline, so you don’t miss anything.

You can choose a one-on-one session or join a small weekly group. Every class has clear instructions and a solid sequence, with corrections you can use right away.

The goal is very simple: Keep your practice steady. Maintain your alignment. Keep moving forward from wherever you are.
